Love the 16 inch bullet smoker!

I bought this smoker about 1 month ago, and had the opportunity to use it. The weather was very cool and a little breezy, which can be a challenge for smokers. Aside from using a little more charcoal, it worked excellently. I smoked a pork shoulder on the lower shelf, and a beef brisket on the top. I love the built-in thermometer. Using the air vent adjustment on the bottom and top, it was easy to control the temperature. Needless to say, the results were outstanding. Cleanup was moderate, as two racks, water bowl and charcoal pan all need to be cleaned.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Smokes great I just have to get the hang of it with the temperature gauge gets within the smoke range then I start putting the racks and meat on for a long smoke but after a few hours wrap in foil to keep post and continue cooking

Great size for my needs and compact enough to store when not in use Assembly was a cake walk it was just missing a washer which I have plenty to replace.

The price was right! Build quality exceeded my expectations. Being my first smoker, I will need a couple more times to get the hang of temp control down pat. Any issues have been operator error. Looking forward to my next smoke out.

Solid performer and fun to use. Features such as hinged access door, air intake control lever and side handles set this bullet smoker above the competition. 16" wide is enough room for smoking a medium sized turkey standing up and I get my best turkey this way. A whole brisket needs to be separated, point from the flat, to smoke effectively. 2 racks of baby backs, no problem. This is a hands on smoker that will run 4 hours at 250 degrees with a full load of charcoal with minor vent adjustments from time to time.

The 16 inch bullet smoker has changed my life! Before having this item smoking meats seemed like an insurmountable challenge. It turns out succulent briskets that i feed to my majority Mormon neighborhood at our weekly cookouts! It makes it easy to feed all of our many children!!!
