I’m very disappointed about this purchase. I was hoping the other reviews were user error. The watch is beautiful but it’s not compatible with the iPhone. Even the App you have to download has 2.5 Stars. Despite the description that clearly states the watch is compatible with the iPhone”.... it’s just not true! Whether it’s the App or the watch there are too many glitches for the amount of money. I returned it and bought an Apple Watch. The Apple Watch is more money and doesn’t have the “bling bling”look but you get what you pay for.....it actually works.

My husband wanted to buy me a watch as a gift as I had needed an upgrade. I did extensive research between apple and this watch. I ultimately went with this because of the style and the features, also because it can be used with apple or android. When the watch arrived I saw that the digital watch face was not silver as the description picture shows, it’s blue. The watch takes quite some time to charge as opposed to my current Fitbit, and also the battery goes fairly quick. Had to purchase a tool to take out six links to fit, but this didn’t bother me as much as other points listed. All of these are some of the issues why I am not too satisfied with a watch in this price range. If your in it just for looks, and some features maybe it’s for you. Hope this helps! Thanks.

I bought this a week or so ago and so far it has only been problem after problem . It takes 2 hours to charge and only last a few hours on battery . Than it is dead . It consistently comes off of Bluetooth and disconnects from my phone . I am very unhappy with this product .
