Beautiful watch with major defaults

The watch band releases with just a touch on the release button so anything as little as washing your hands causes the watch to fall off and hit the floor. Battery lasts from about 8am-6pm so if I go anywhere after work it's usually dead. It is beautiful and I get lots of compliments but functionally, it's not worth the money.

Love the look but experienced issues in 24 hrs

I brought this on Black Friday and was very excited as I am a big fan of MK. I was considering the Bradshaw Generation 1 but was convinced that the Sofie, Generation 3, was a better choice. I did love it, and make the investment and it should be noted it was very easy to set up, so great job on that. However, was very disappointed to learn, after the fact, that while the phone will ring on the watch, you can not actually talk on it. But more importantly, the band has come loose 3 times in 24 hours. If it was not for the long sleeve shirt I was wearing, the watch would be on the floor and/or damaged. Sadly, I will have to take it back because I am too afraid that it will fall off and break.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Greatly disappointed

I purchased this watch a year ago. The stone fell out a week after I had it. I took it back and asked if this happens again will it be covered. They told me yes and it would be covered. Now my stone is missing again and they said it would cost me to send it in and to fix it because it's not covered. When the stone came out the first time I would have just got my money back.
The battery life takes so long to adjust, you will still need to charge it daily. The step counter is not correct and it glitches when you try to text from the watch. The watch is beautiful but it's not for daily use. Also you can't take calls from the watch you can only answer it then it prompts you to use your phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My boyfriend bought me this watch last week I love the color and design it’s beautiful, super easy to set up, and understand it.
Only downside to it is you can’t message back on it it only alerts you and then you have to check your phone. Now for me it’s perfect because I like it more for the look. But if you want all the abilities of an Apple Watch this is the style for you honey. Hope my feedback helps

I’m having issues connecting to my iPhone it unpairs itself and I wish I was able to text back on my device not having that feature is disappointing almost wanted to send it back

Positives: Looks amazing, battery lasts all day and some, customize watch face with picture background from FB/Instagram, customize what's seen on the watch face (steps, date, ect).
Negatives: Iphone user has limited text/call ability, but not the worse in the world since I prefer a bigger screen to text on. Apps don't sync if you download from playstore to your iphone apps (i.e. no point in downloading Pandora on your watch, but you can open Pandora on your Iphone, and control pause/next on the watch).

falls off arm without knowing

watch looks great, however the bands a push release and will come off with you knowing. I lost not one but 2 due to this issue , it's cost to much to waste money on. I wish someone would have told me not to buy it.

The watch was beautiful when it arrived, however; there were already two little stones missing from the face when I opened the box, it was really big on my wrist, and the watch does not allow all features to be utilized when using with an Iphone. I believe this watch will work with it's fullest capabilities when used with an android or google phone.
