Beautiful look, bad battery

I loved the look and everything about the watch, except the fact you have to constantly charge it, & after i traded it for another one, [incase defected) when i went to charge it it became very hot! & would not comnect to my phone correctly ! So upset because its so beautiful but dosnt doesnt hold up to how much its price.

Great but battery needs amelioration

My GF love the look and functionalities but she complains about the battery life. It's around 1 day battery life (usually 12h). As Comparison my Armani smartwatch last 3 days. My Motorola smartwatch last 24h

Frustrated, it took me two hours to update. Had to power cycle the watch, And factory default to update. However this is an android product And I was trying to pair it to an iPhone 11

I purchased this a gift for myself for Christmas. I expected hi quality from your brand. Tho it is a beautiful watch with great displays the frustration I have had with charging it has surpassed those good qualities. I've only been able to wear it 3-4 times as the battery is low and it will not charge.

It's a great watch for show. The smart features they can keep. It's a low grade smartwatch stuck in the past. When did they make this? I recommend it for Sundays, job interviews, nice affairs.
