Love my Garmin 645!

I switched from an Apple series 1 watch a few weeks ago due to poor battery and running functions but was worried about smartwatch capabilities but boy was I wrong! The 645 has surpassed my expectations! I love all of these diagnostics and not having to charge every night!

It does Everything A Forerunner Should Do Except..

I exchanged my 935 for the 645 music for 1 reason and only 1 reason. Music playback. As a runner, this provides me with nearly all of the features that the 935 provided. I wasn't too concerned about the Tri features as I run exclusively. I do play golf however but thought I could sacrifice that in place of getting music. Unfortunately, the bluetooth connection to my airpods and a couple other headsets has been anything but stellar. Thus I gave up golf, for a feature that doesn't work well with my pre-existing headphones. Hopefully a firmware update can help, but at this point I am left wondering if I made the right choice.

The first recommendation would be to use Garmin Express to ensure that the device software is up to date. We have some updates to the Bluetooth to help improve the connection with headphones. High Potential

This watch is nice and light weight, it has everything that I liked about my former FR620, all the training features and it's more stylish. The only thing I don't like about this watch is that it's nearly impossible to sync music from iHeart Radio with this watch. Syncing owned music is easier but problem is, I don't own much music. I returned the watch for the Fenix 5s, no music but an awesome watch.

I bought this watch because I wanted a watch that had lots of features for running and when I saw that it had music I was all for it. The watch overall is great! I wear it all the time and love how it keeps track of steps so I know how much activity I've had all day. Adding music was easy and I even tried out the I HeartRadio app and that was very easy to use as well! I love how you can change the face of your watch too and there are many faces to choose from along with apps to add in the Connect IQ store! This was my first watch with a heart rate monitor and I like it a lot! It is nice to see the zones I am in while running. All the data you see after a run in Garmin Connect is really cool too! Thanks for making an awesome watch Garmin!

Works just as advertised. Accurate HR monitor, lots of good workout and productivity feedback. Music feature works flawlessly. Good battery life

This replaces my Fenix 5X... and I love it!!! Smaller size and lighter in weight... packed with features & functions.
Haven’t tried music yet... but excited to once I cancel SiriusXM and subscribe to iHeart.
Must buy device!

All features of this watch are perfect for runners. GPS, Music, and all the accuracy features of the watch are excellent. Would highly would recommend looking to buy a new watch.
