I switched from Fitbit after 4 years, and absolutely LOVE my Garmin! The buttons make it easy to use, the metrics are great, and I love that I don't have to charge it every day like some other smartwatches. Plus, being able to run AND have GPS + music - without my phone - is SO cool! I feel completely untethered and free :)

I’ve only had my watch a couple of days but it’s already a HUGE improvement over what I was using before. Very comfortable on my wrist, easy to use, and accurate. The amount of data through the Garmin Connect app is out of this world!

Available Language is not enough

On the device display its can show just only 2 language for example I bought 645 forrunnner in Japan the language provide in this device is just English & Japanese so I would like to read more language in Notification from my phone if the notification text in other language it will shown as ???????????? in this point i think need to improve as soon as possible

Sorry to hear about your experience with our products. Our watches only support one language to be viewed at a time. So if you watch is set to English for example and you receive a notification in a different language it will not show correctly. We apologize for any inconveniences this might cause

A Little Challenging

Although I’ve only been wearing my Garmin a few days, I will have to say I needed a tech savvy person to help me set up the music download feature. I, along with my husband worked on it for a combined two plus hours, only to end up completely frustrated. This was after following all directions and looking up online assistance videos and chats. A friend of ours was able to complete it for us, but he also said he was shocked at all that entailed to complete this procedure. Honestly, if I had not had a friend who could figure it out, i probably would have returned it for a refund.

Built tough and with the athlete in mind

This is absolutely worth the money. It takes a little longer to set up than most other fitness devices, but the instructions are clear and easy to follow and the longer setup makes it completely customizable. The only information I actually had to look further for was compatible headphones, and there's a link directly on the product page for precisely that information. Garmin makes an advanced device very user friendly. I am impressed by every feature so far from the long battery life, to the inumerable features, to the incredible durability. This device has taken everything I've thrown at it: dirt, rain, sand, intense workouts, bumps, scrapes, and general roughness. Dust or wipe it off and it's like you just got it out of the box again. Could not be more impressed.

Connected to Spotify for 3 hours and to be honest I already regret buying it-had a Suunto before and bought this 645 for the music feature-BIG mistake...you need a Phd to run this properly
