[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we really like our new stove. My one complaint is that the owner's manual says there is a piece that covers the space between the stove & the counter in back. However, that part was NOT in the box. I called the customer service number. I was told that 'yes' that part should have been included. I was also told it would be sent to me within 7 to 10 weeks. It has NEVER BEEN SENT.

Would not buy LG again

We have owned a new set of LG appliances since January 2020. After three months a heating element went out on the stove and had to be replaced. Last night our extendavent microwave had a key pad error so we will be replacing it next. The other issue with the stove is the writing on the multifunction knobs is so light you have to really concentrate to get the correct setting engaged. The dishwasher light indicating you need rinse aid also does not appear to be working. The racks in the dishwasher are movable, but they fall over periodically and the dishes on the bottom crash into each other. Cant wait for the fridge to go out next, probably after the warrenty period.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this range for a month and while the design is beautiful the functionality is horrible.. the cook top is so difficult to clean and the knobs are cumbersome. Settings are difficult and anyone who comes over to my house remarks that they find it of poor design

Not recommended for a griddle :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm completely bummed out to find out that this range isn't recommended for use with griddles that span 2 burners. I just assumed this would be an option considering the price point and all the other high tech features it has, I can turn on my oven from France but I can't use a griddle??? LG, seriously...? I use my griddle every single day and can't imagine life without it, so I'm pretty sure we're going to return this unit and find a range that is approved for use with griddle pans.

It Should be more durable for the price.

I Had The Pleasure To Test Out My Oven For The First Time On Thanksgiving Day.
Honestly I Was Nervous To Try It At First Considering How Expensive It Is And From What I Read In The Manual The Glass Stove Top Is Not Very Durable. You have to be really careful not to drop anything on it or it'll break. You also have to wipe up spills right away or they will stain. And forget about sliding pots and pans from the burners! You have to pick them up and move them or they will scratch the glass and leave Mark's behind.
In my opinion something this expensive should be very durable so that it doesn't break or stain very easily.
Other than the stove top being extremely fragile I did like everything else it came with.
I used both ovens at the same time to make different sides and desserts for my dinner. I was impressed by how well it cooked everything. And the wifi was easy to connect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this last fall and love the oven. Our first double oven and love the look. UNFORTUNATELY after baking accident we used Easy Off to clean. This RUINED to blue ceramic interior. While there ARE instructions not to use such cleaners, in my opinion this should be plastered in bold, capitalized words all across the oven, the manual, and the listing on their product. One of the main features attracting us to this product is now permanently damaged.
YES, we should have researched this better, but since this is NOT replaceable nor repairable. For this reason, I feel they should UP their warning against using such cleaners. The cleaner itself has an unreadable warning to not use on self-cleaning ovens.
