[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t think I’d ever use the WiFi on a range, but I was wrong. It was so nice to be able to preheat my oven on my way home & be able to put food for dinner in it right when I got home - saving me time. Also nice to be able to cook 2 different dishes on different temperatures at the same time.

We bought this range based on ratings and the fact that it was advertised to be a Smart oven and work with Alexa. It is only "Smart" in that it will notify you on your phone when the timer is finished or the oven has preheated. It does NOT seem to work with Alexa, despite the fact that the Home Depot website and the LG website both said it does. I'm working with LG to figure it out, but they've stopped responding to my emails even though I sent them all this ludicrous information they requested, such as the model of my router, my WiFi name, etc (what does ANY of that have to do with answering the question "Will this work with Alexa?").
The oven itself works fine, but the top started showing little bubbles after the first use, and the oven racks are so difficult to slide in and out that it damages the blue enamel interior just trying to manipulate them.
So not impressed.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It broke after 1.5 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this range 1.5 years and it stopped working. We were baking when it just stopped working. The control panel doesn’t light up, and the burners don’t heat up.

Love the Double oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Double oven is very helpful when baking. The smaller one is great for a pizza or low-profile dishes. Love the interior color of the ovens. Is it possible to make the type on the knobs darker? It may be my eyes, but the writing on the oven dial can be a bit difficult to read. I do agree with the other reviewer about the stove top. I had some chicken broth boil over and even though I was quick about wiping it up, it did stain the black cook top with what looks like water marks. First, I tried just soap and water and the stains were still there. Then, I used the cleaner that came with the stove and it lifted the water stains up. I did notice a slight line where a pan must’ve been dragged a bit across the top and it didn’t come up, but it’s hardly noticeable and I’ve learned not to do that again. :)
I do need to watch leaning against the front if I'm getting something from the upper cabinet because a couple of times, I turned on the stove burners! I’d say if you have small children, I would steer away from this particular model and go for one with the controls on the back. All in all, I do enjoy this oven and would definitely suggest to others, if they’re looking, to get one.

WE BOUGHT THIS ALMOST A YEAR AGO AND ITS TERRIBLE. YOU CANT SEE WHAT IS WRITTEN ON THE KNOBS AND I DONT LIKE THAT THE KNOBS ARE FOR TO DIFFERENT BURNERS

Beautiful stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's taking some getting used to. Cooks hotter than my old stove. Been adjusting times on all my recipes, pan of cookies went from 12 minutes to 9, that's in the regular oven. The bottom oven is so low you almost need to get on your knees to use it. But I'm sure I'll get used to it. The one thing I really hate about this stove is the vent on top. I have to put a cloth over it, so when I'm frying, grease won't splatter into it. Which you'd never be able to clean it, if it did. That is just a bad design. Everyone who's seen my new stove says the same thing. Overall, I do like the stove.
