[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] first of all ,I'm a fan of lg appliances ,i own lg frig ,micro,tvs etc . that said this was kind of a disappointment. most aspects of this range are good accept the control knobs . Not the physical aspects of the knobs themselves but the functionality . The detents that determine the position are too vague or don't exist . Especially the high position to off. also the overall feel is sloppy and loose, these knobs almost move themselves and when adjusting the temp from high to low setting they are extremely unresponsive . I could and have gotten used to them but the deal breaker is that more than once I've unintentionally moved the knob positions with my waist when reaching for a pot on the rear burners. So now i always set the lock after cooking . The infrared broil function , the oven temp probe , the lockout function , the touch screen for settings and the variable warm burner are all really useful and good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the double oven range over a month ago. I've used it almost daily. the more I use it, the better I like it. The range top is so much better than the unit I had. The heat is even and very responsive. The ovens are the very best. Temperatures in the oven are accurate, resulting in consistant cooking times with the recipes. The food is cook evenly throughout.. I am very pleased with the performance of the oven. The only problem I've experienced is the knobs are so easily moved, they can be turned on by brushing up against them. Consequently, I have had to make sure the oven is locked to be safe. It is inconvenient. I wanted the smooth controls, but the range was not available at the time of purchase due to the pandemic. I took one with knobs and I would not recommend that stlye - very disappointing.
Unfortunately we are discovering this electric range isn’t what we were hoping for. The knob location allows the opportunity for them to be turned on by accident and the knobs are too close together for cleaning. We found manufacturer damage to the oven door and now are in the process of attempting to get it resolved. Not happy with the idea of a repair on a month old range. Sorry to say, just not impressed with the unit for how much we paid for it.

The top is hard to keep clean and the top was marred on the first use of the stove. I wish I had bought a simpler stove. This might be ok in your home once you get used to it but it is not a good choice for a vacation rental.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was our first double oven and we can't be happier. This oven pre-heats twice as fast as our previous oven. While we are having some trouble getting it connected to Alexa, the notification through our smartphones works great. For example, it will send us a notification once the oven is pre-heated. The stove top is well laid out and the controls are easy to use.
