Exceeded Expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having never owned a double-oven before, I wasn't prepared for how cool that is. All controls are intuitive. Everything just works. Especially love the meat thermometer. We made an absolutely perfect turkey for Thanksgiving! The only improvements I would recommend would be to have the rear gap hider flip up on a hinge for easy cleaning and the stove top has already seen some wear marks, so glass hardness could be improved.

Sorry - but I’m totally disappointed in this appliance. Especially since it’s the most expensive range I’ve ever owned. The top oven is impossible to clean - takes far too much messing around to try to clean. The Easy Clean is a joke. After 2-3 times with the Easy Clean, still no success. Not to mention the cost of electricity given 4-5 hours of cleaning at such high temperature.
The stove top too does not clean up good / always has a dull uncleaned look. It’s almost impossible to figure out just where the burners are / have to turn the burners on to see where they are. I could go on. But I’m sure you’re getting the picture. totally disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] cooks great; the lower oven is a little low - you have to really bend over to get things in and out. the cooktop offers so many options, I love the five burners. The cooktop did scratch for me soon after I bought it simply by sliding a pan off of the burner. I thought that was odd.

Awful appliance

I have owned this for about 13 months and oven knob has broke I did the self clean oven yesterday and now the doors will not open and panel is not lit we did all the trouble shooting and nothing I am very unhappy with this appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range in April of 2019. On Christmas eve of 2020, all of the burners stopped working. The LG repairman came a week later. He tried everything he knew, and was perplexed at what the problem might be. The part he ordered is on back order until the end of Feb. We are very surprised because LG has always proved to be a good choice for us in the past.

Sorry but I can’t buy it again

The temperature changed drastically from one side of the oven to the other as much as 35* my husband loves to bake this oven is not up to the task. We did change both temperature sensors/ thermostat s and it’s still off by 10*

Have not yet used all the features but the speed broil is impressive! Heats up well. When delivered, four of the knobs for the stovetop were reversed which was temporarily confusing but easy to fix once realized. Only gave 4 stars since we have not used the self clean or many other features. Confusing to set up all our products with the wifi as the password was way to hard to find and not easily explained anywhere.

Love the Blue Interior, But Knobs Disappointing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find the lighter color letting on knobs difficult to read. Also the knobs move far too easily! So glad no toddlers in our condo kitchen. Numerous times, the settings have gotten bumped and usually change the heat. As a 73 yr old senior citizen, the lower oven is more difficult to use than I realized. Wish we had room for a wall unit.
