I understand the long wait. Still waiting for my LG refrigerator. Installation went smoothly. Registration was the problem. Could not find the serial number. Pulled the unit out from the wall, and found nothing (not where the manual said, nor any place ie doors etc.). Without registration you can’t get an extended warranty. The dealing finally provided a serial from shipping records. With all that behind me, the range has been 5 star.

Double oven is great idea . . . challenging to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted a double oven with convection. This one looked great, in theory. But the convection is the bottom oven. This door is very low to the ground. It's fine now, but I sure hope I keep my flexibility! Also, I have a small dog and a grandchild - opening this very low over door is a little scary! I have to make sure both are far away before opening the lower oven. I was pleasantly surprised at the space in the lower oven. I roasted two large prime rib roasts in it. They fit and turned out great. So the ovens function well, it's just the practicality of the bottom oven being SO low. The burners seem to take a long time to warm up - then get too hot. I'm getting used to them.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
