Can’t believe I survived without this with my single oven previously. Preheat is lightening fast and uses less energy than a standard oven. Highly recommend!

LG should be ashamed

I bought this electric range 7 months ago. The first time I used broil on the lower main oven the glass shattered after 5 minutes. It took 3 months to repair.
The real issue is the cooktop. The 2 front heating elements cannot be adjusted, they are either full on or off. You cannot leave something to simmer unless you use the back burner and this doesn't work for large pots.
It is going in the trash less than 7 months after installation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This double oven is perfect, allowing me to cook several items at different temperatures at once. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased with my choice. It has the features I wanted (and needed), and looks beautiful, too! Both the cooktop and ovens are easy to operate and cook much more evenly than my old range did. It also seems easier to maintain a constant temperature while simmering. I did agree with an earlier reviewer that said the stovetop knobs were very easy to turn just by brushing by, so there is a learning curve to avoid that, but I would like to say I REALLY LIKE the double rack in the bottom oven as it makes it much easier to get that casserole out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stove and oven are great. Works very well especially the fast heat burner. However the knobs are too flimsy. If you lean across the stove to reach the microwave, the knobs turn too easily and next thing you know a burner is on. Yes there is a lock feature but that is annoying to put it on constantly.
