I love the fact that you can lock the range preventing the oven doors from opening and nothing can turn on by turning any of the knobs. I also like the pull out oven shelf and will be ordering another one to have one in each oven.

We have been disappointed by the inaccuracy of the digital oven temperatures which are 25 degrees lower when measured with an analog thermometer. We wondered why things were underdone while baking and roasting. We’re trusting that this can be resolved to our satisfaction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A couple things I don’t care for, the knobs are extremely sensitive to go on. Having issues using the meat prob, and the bottom oven is extremely low where you have to get down on your knees to open it, if they have a lift for the oven that would make it higher that would be great.

Very pretty range but there's a learning curve

The baking time seems to be longer (slower) than recipes call for - if a recipe says 25 minutes, it is taking 30-35. Also we cannot figure out how to use the temperature probe. And an instruction manual would have been nice :) And we have not yet even tried to use anything wifi-related. Loaded the app on the phone but it doesn't seem to do much.
