[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This double oven range is amazing. The lower Oven only is convection. The upper one has fewer settings. The power boil (bottom left) burner heats up fast. The smaller burners are slower. Have not used the WiFi and probably won’t. The blue interior is gorgeous. I’m pretty nervous about scraping the glass top. I like the happy tune for starting and reaching temperature although you can turn those off. The angle of the display and knobs is better than some and you can lock the controls by holding the far left button for 3 seconds. Definitely a splurge for us so we bought it on sale and we’re so happy we purchased.

I just love the double oven it is wonder full weather i am cooking for our large family of 22 or just the two of us . the inside is very appealing blue so easy to clean. i only wish it had a bar in front of the knobs on the front of it because i am always geting to close to them and as soon as you get close and the knobs get pushed the stove top comes on by which ever knob you toutched. other than that i just love the stile.

The top always looks dirty. If you spill on a hot burner wipe off immediately, it will stick on the burner like glue. This range is only 3 months old and the top looks like it came off an old oven.

Within a few months the lower oven fan started rattling and by the time Covid was in full swing the lower oven became nearly unusable. I asked if I could delay the repair/warranty service but nope. So I am stuck with an oven with great features that I really do not need (I somehow managed with gas and dumb electric ovens before) and a top oven that works fine and a lower one that does not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this oven for about 6 months. It’s probably the worst oven I’ve ever owned to include the cheap junky ones. The ovens don’t hold heat or even heat up to temperature. when it says it’s ready. What tipped me off was when baking a pie took over 2 hours. I bought an oven thermometer and sure enough it’s a whole 50 degrees below the set temperature. Smart me, I set the temperature next time up by 50 degrees and it heated up to the actual temperature. It’s like there is no 350-400 degree range. Then for fun, it jumps around in temperature the entire bake time. The cooktop is hot or cold and has the most confusing knobs to control the temperature that no one can walk up to the stove top and just use it. It takes a Youtube tutorial and I still can’t keep it straight. The cooktop was hot and a piece of tinfoil was accidentally placed on the hot burner. The tinfoil actually adhered to the cooktop and etched what appears to be small holes in a couple places on the burner surface. The way the knobs are placed on the stove face makes them easily turned on or changed by clothing or small children and just about impossible to clean. I had so much hope for two small ovens over one large and the convection option was the real selling point. I’m so disappointed it’s such a super piece of junk!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Despite only having this range several weeks, I have used it enough to know that I am very pleased with it. It hasn't taken long to learn how to use it, because it is quite user friendly. I like the size of the burners, because the pans I have fit on them very well. I like having the assortment of burner sizes and I love the Ultra Heat/Power Boil feature. The burners heat evenly and I found the suggested settings in the manual to be very helpful. I love having the two ovens because I often cook several items for one meal that require different temperature settings. Since the ovens are smaller than single oven models, it is a little more difficult to check on the progress of what's cooking, but this is not a big problem since it's a trade off that one would expect with two ovens. I did notice that it is a little difficult to slide out the lowest rack of the top oven because it is close to the bottom of the oven and oven door, but that isn't a terribly big negative either.
Not having a large oven has not been a problem whatsoever. Another slight negative of having the two ovens may be that there is no drawer to store pots, pans, etc. in. For me, it's not a problem. I'm almost 80 years old and I don't cook a lot and therefore I do not need a lot of bakeware, pots, pans, etc. I would think the same would go for someone who is young and just starting a household. I have not had to use the easy clean feature yet, but am anxious to do so because it sounds so much better than having to clean a really dirty oven that takes three to four hours, is noisy, and heats up the kitchen. The cooktop has been very easy to clean and with care (i.e. not sliding pans over the surface) I expect it will look as good as new for a long time.
