We Love It!

This wine cooler has all the features you'd want in an affordable and compact wine cooler. We are loving the duel temperature feature to keep red and white wines at the proper temperatures. The wood shelves are perfectly spaced to fit our wine and they are wide enough so the bottles don't fall through. We've had other wine coolers where the bottles fell through the shelves often. This wine cooler is also attractive and looks great in my kitchen with my other stainless steel appliances. It's a great addition to increase the value of your home too.
The wine fridge arrived well packaged, with plenty of Styrofoam and crush space to protect it from shipping damage. As a result, the unit was perfect when unpacked! The only assembly required was attaching the front door handle. This was simple to accomplish: just use the two provided screws and the fridge was ready to use. The unit has leveling feet, but no adjustment was required for us. The wine fridge features two temperature zones, one for reds and one for whites. Once I set the temperatures, the desired temperatures were reached within about 15 minutes. I was struck by how quietly the refrigerator ran while it was cooling as quickly as it could. We have owned several other wine fridges and the noise associated with most of them was a real concern. This unit was placed immediately beside the primary TV-watching couch and the silence will really be appreciated. Another plus: the heat from the cooling unit is vented out the front, so it can be built in under a counter or tucked into a corner like we did. The slide-out shelves are arranged to accommodate differing bottle styles and sizes. One shortcoming of many wine refrigerators is their inability to handle champagne, pinot noir, or exotic bottle shapes. With this unit, though, there is a shelf pretty much for every size and shape. Frequently overlooked before purchase, but this is a huge plus for this fridge! After living with this wine fridge for a week, I am very pleased. Best features: nearly silent, attractive styling (the deep blue interior lighting is fun) and flexible wine storage options. I absolutely recommend this unit!

Excellent Customer Service

We purchased this Newair Wine Fridge in December and have been enjoying it since. It is quiet and keeps the whites very cold and the reds at the perfect temperature. We recently had an issue with the display board. When we contacted customer service we had a new display board on the way the next day under warranty. We would recommend Newair as they stand behind their products.

A new fridge should cool down...

Bought this fridge at a charity auction. Brand new. On installation the fridge did not cool down. Called for help but, given I have no receipt, agent said there is nothing they can do. A new fridge should cool down...receipt or no receipt. NewAir should stand by their products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like it a lot

We have limited space for just about anything. Anything fun that is. This unit is quiet and was super easy to install. I think it is meant to be installed in a space the size of a trash compactor. We had a corner area that was almost useless for storage. We were able to cut out a single panel on the other side of the corner cabinet, drop in a plug and perfect fit. In our small house, this is a great choice. I had a few questions and NewAir's Ashley in Customer Service was quick to respond and big help. So far very pleased with quality of the unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far so great! I'm in love with the dual zone aspect of the cooler and the fact that I can chill my wine at different temperatures depending on if they are red or white. When we first set up the cooler it took no time at all for it to cool down to the temperatures we set for each zone. But what I love even more is that it's so quiet! The cooler doesn't make much noise at all. I will say that the blue light can be a bit bright at times, but it can be dimmed and turned off completely, so not an issue whatsoever. They thought of everything!
