It's a good looking product but a bit mis-engineered

It's a nice product but I have no idea how they get 29 bottles of any wine in here. You cannot fit 4 wide on a shelf. The inside width is 1/4" too narrow. You can't fit the taller wine bottles on the bottom shelf...the unit needs to be 3/4" deeper. It suits the purpose, but 29 bottles...no way. If they put a little more thought in the engineering and made some small dimensional adjustments, it would be much more useful. Too pricey of a unit for them to miss the obvious on the dimensions
Pros: Attractive, Precise Temperature
Cons: Too Small

My guests are always impressed by the cooler!

So far so great! I'm in love with the dual zone aspect of the cooler and the fact that I can chill my wine at different temperatures depending on if they are red or white. When we first set up the cooler it took no time at all for it to cool down to the temperatures we set for each zone. But what I love even more is that it's so quiet! The cooler doesn't make much noise at all. I will say that the blue light can be a bit bright at times, but it can be dimmed and turned off completely, so not an issue whatsoever. They thought of everything!
Pros: Adjustable Shelving, Attractive, Energy Efficient, Precise Temperature, Quiet

Great Investment for Wine Lovers Who Have Small Spaces

I noticed NewAir 29 wine bottle cooler is a fourth slimmer than mine. Interesting. It holds the same number of bottles, but it is slimmer. The cooler is a sleek black stainless-steel model. It is perfect for people who do not have a lot of space, but need to accommodate at least two cases of wine. It has similar functionality, like dual temperature controls and adjustable wood rack trays, as in my current one. However, it is noticeably quieter. I did not hear the compressor cycling. NewAir is energy efficient. An unexpected surprise, was the lock. I can secure the cooler. This feature is great for people with kids and keeping wine in the "right" hands. I hope I do not lock myself out. I look forward to filling my new wine cooler and the new experiences each wine bottle will bring.

Very pleased with function and look

I've used the cooler for several months. Although I've not tested the precise temps in the two zones, I am satisfied based on touch and taste that the zones are accurate. I'm really quite impressed that a two zone cooler that is so compact can hold so many bottles and function so well. Note, the shelves are spaced to consume every bit of interior room available, and the varying dimensions of some bottles make double stacking a tight fit if you try to load the cooler to the max. But since I am not using the cooler for long-term holding of wines, this has not been a substantial issue for me. I simply reload and arrange as necessary.
Pros: Attractive, Precise Temperature, Quiet

Outstanding Value and Great Performer

I got my NewAir 15" wine fridge less than two weeks ago. I was pleased from the moment it came out of the box. I have two other wine fridges, but they are thermoelectric and their cooling power, especially for white wine, is limited based on the ambient temperature. The wine fridge is packed securely, so it arrived with no issues. Using the quickstart guide, I was able to set this up within a few minutes. Assembly is easy: sliding in the wooden shelves and attaching the stainless steel door handle.
It is recommended to let the unit sit for 24 hours after shipping to let everything settle. It was difficult to do so, but after the wait was over, I plugged it in. What struck me was the speed with which it quickly settled into the proper temperatures for each zone. I set the lower (red wine zone) to 55 degrees and the upper (white wine) to 45. That way the whites will be ready to drink right away. When the wines are put into the fridge, it will take a while to reach temperature once again.
This has a 29-bottle capacity. You'll need to be savvy in placing your wine into the fridge. To maximize capacity, you'll need to place bottles heel to toe on the shelves (i.e. some with the bottom facing toward you adjacent to a bottle with the top facing you).
The top two shelves are for whites. The top shelf is best for sparkling wine or larger Burgundy style Chardonnay bottles. The lowest shelf is also suitable for the large bottles.
This is an attractive wine fridge. Initially I didn't realize that this could be used as a stad-alone unit in addition to being under the counter. It's so attractive that we may leave it in the current place in the dining room. Also, the interior lighting looks fantastic, with cool, blue LED lights.
I was impressed with the quality. It has a sturdy feel of a well-crafted appliance. As mentioned, my other wine fridges are thermoelectric. I had purchased them because I wanted a quiet machine. Although cooled by a compressor, the NewAir 15" wine fridge is very quiet -- really unnoticeable unless there is absolute quiet in the house.
This gets my highest recommendation. Cheers!

Great for new kitchen build or remodel. Counter Top Height.

Fridge is standard counter top height. Cools down much quicker than thermoelectric designs. Small, considering the capacity and seems to be very well built. Have been using the fridge for about a month and it has been working great. Very attractive design. Fitting 29 bottles is possible, but a little ambitious. To fit the full 29 requires you to alternate the bottles back and forth. Not really a big deal though because I usually only keep about 15 in the fridge at any given time and if I need more, it has the capacity.
