I have enjoyed this wine cooler but had a few problems with temperature sensors and a cooling fan. Whenever I called the Customer Service Department they were quick to diagnose the problem and offer a solution.

Liz has provided me with excellent customer service. My frig is not currently working, and she has assisted me with troubleshooting, sending out new parts and instructions. Love the design of the 29 bottle frig and the temperature is always perfect.

The unit is modern and sleek. My family loves the Blue accent light inside of the unit. Customer service was easy to deal with. Our agent Liz was a BIG HELP!!!!

Six months after purchasing it quit working. Customer support sent a new control board and instructions for installing. Two hours of removing stripped screws to remove back panel and seeing how poorly put together inside was removed little wires and installed new board. Cooler stilled didn't work. Customer service said they would ship new unit for $63.00 and I had to package old unit and return it. Also refused to extend warranty past the original purchase date. I figure in six month the new one will be sitting on the curb. For the price of this unit, I expected better customer service.
