Would buy again BUT

We loved it and am going to buy another one - however... This lasted us six years, but we were expected longer. I do admit that the under-counter space it was in, caused considerable heat. Service is not what I expect. I wrote to ask about beeping, got an email back that they would answer in 24 hours, but they didn't write back. Still waiting on an answer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We love the way it looks in our kitchen, very high end. The Dual Zone feature is also nice. It does not fit 29 bottles as advertised.

Nice looking unit and easy to use.

I like the dual zone capability. After two months, the light for the control bar went out and needed replacing. However, I contacted New Air on their chat line and was helped immediately by Charles who diagnosed the problem. It's under warranty and I will get a replacement part. Overall, I like the unit- it has been working very well until this light thing and even now is keeping the wines cool!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent design and quality!

We were thrilled to get this wine cooler. It's whisper quiet and looks stunning in our kitchen. The dual temp controls are perfect for storing our wines and beer. The cedar shelving is all top quality and houses the bottles perfectly! It has enough room for 29 standard bottles of wine. The "up" and "down" temperature control buttons are super easy to use and the one light button, which controls the LED internal light is a stunning addition. We couldn't be happier with it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The customer service experience with NewAir was horrendous. They were extremely incompetent in the product and not customer savvy. The product itself has a great appearance but I did have a small dent. I contacted NewAir about they dent and they disregarded as "normal". Overall pretty quite but does make noise, not unbearable but not silent.

Great Fridge...Better Customer Service

I ordered the Newair AWR-290DB and it showed up on time and perfectly packaged...I may have misplaced the screws when I opened the box because I was so excited to receive the fridge, but Air-N-Water replaced the screws in less than a week! I will definitely refer them to friends and family!
We bought this in November 2020 and it worked well, quiet, and fit nicely in our space. For some reason it stopped cooling. Frustrating but, customer service took their time to help me, sent me replacement parts and helped me through it all. Even if the fridge gave us a hard time temporarily the customer service made it all worth the purchase. Would definitely recommend to others.

18 months and now loud fan at bottom of unit. It may be quiet...for a few months.
