Ignites very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This appliance came with a new home purchase. Gas ignites quickly, but not accurate. Even on the melt setting which is a low as you can get on the smallest burner we still had items that we were just trying to keep warm start to boil. The grates are very light, but the burners and the caps are very flimsy. During cleaning they slip and slide all over. I'm used to heavier cast iron grates and burners so maybe that's why this stands out to me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Whirlpool all the way!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this cooktop. A family member has this same one in their home and I really liked it so when I found this home with that cooktop it just went to another selling point in the purchase of my new home.

Rust in two weeks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cook top came with our new house by the builder. Lightly used for only two weeks with regular cleaning , the stainless steel plate starts to have rusty points. Can’t believe this is a brand new cook top. Poor quality,Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Low to medium performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a moderate performing cooktop. The grates that hinge is a nice feature for easy cleaning. However it is to compact and the plastics burner knobs melt. I already had to replace the plastic knobs with steel knob for functionality
