Just an average cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Paid for an upgraded appliance package on a new build. Expected a bit more but was disappointed. Cooktop grate does not sit level on the housing which causes any pot/pan to rattle. The grate too, was chipped and already rust is forming on the grates. I went from Kitchen Aid to Whirlpool, toss up which one is worse.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No BTU power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We''ve had this for 4 months now. I don't like the flimsy knobs. They're cheap, light plastic and I wonder how they will hold up. Also every smudge shows, it's hard to keep looking clean and I am a neat cook.
