Burner control knobs sit too close to gas burners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I am cooking, with gas, on the large burner in the front right of the cooktop, the flames from the burner are too close to the control knob. The knobs are flimsy.
I do like the lighter weight wrought iron hinged grates and that they can individually be lifted to clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gas cooktop was installed by the builder. It has scratches on which they will not do anything about. Was told it would not be covered under warranty. I'm not happy with this thin metal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
