Finish is not resilient and whirlpool doesn't help

But It got a rust spot on the surface and whirlpool says it's cosmetic and do anything about it. Poor quality product and service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks good and operates perfectly. Very happy with this and would recommend to anyone looking for a gas stove top.

Flame needs adjusting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like everything about my new cooktop except the flame height does not go low enough to be considered “low”. Therefore nothing can be kept warm or simmer. We tried to find a tool to adjust it ourselves but could not find one anywhere. I’ve never had this problem with any other cooktop I’ve owned.

Good Cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an 11 year old cooktop with 5 burners for the Whirlpool. There aren't significant differences between the old and new other than the lift up grates. I wanted a basic gas cooktop and this one is right for my family. I wanted to get a grill; however no are available on Whirlpool website.
