[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cooktop came with my new house and so far I love it. The cast iron grates are substantial yet easy to clean. A hinge on the back allows you to lift them for cleaning without completely removing them. Knobs easily come off for cleaning too. I have one burner that doesn't quite light right, but I believe this is probably a simple adjustment. I have an appt. with the repair center to have them take a look.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poorly designed cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the large burners is located too close to the PLASTIC knobs. The very first time I used it, the knob melted and burned my fingers when turning it off. I had a 12 inch skillet on the big burner for about 30 mins. THIS COOKTOP NEEDS TO BE REDESIGNED if they are going to continue to use PLASTIC knobs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
