Poor quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came in our new house. What a disappointment. Cheap! The chrome finish on the burners burned/stained on the first use. It is hard to ignite and the stove top grates rattle around from a loose hinge like attachment at the back. Wish we had another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks and works great but the burners do not light as described in the owner’s manual. The knobs have to be turned to high before they will lite. The manual says to push down and turn to the ignite position but that doesn’t work.
I would recommend this to a friend!

knobs could be better, sturdier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the cooktop looks great if one doesn't have to take up the knobs to clean them. the knobs are a little lightweight. they look like a coat of silver over white plastic underneath. could be improved. the markings on the knob area look weak meaning if I clean it a few times, the markings would fall off. the markings could be etched in.

Overall, a great cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the look and overall design very much. I have an issue with one burner that is very finicky about lighting. I also think the plastic, chrome-appearing knobs are pretty crummy considering the cost of this cooktop! I wish the company had an option to purchase ones made out of metal, preferably brushed metal!
The flip-up grates are excellent and it’s fairly easy to keep the cooktop clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Gas cooktop has no low heat

New cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bad design on Bigger side buner- Knob gets too hot when we use that side of burner. We noticed in just two months, some of know material is flaking now. Looks like you need your engineer to do heat transfer study and determine if know material is right or not? I will be calling for warranty team to replace that know for me. My concern is even it is replaced it will happen again? Need someone to look into this design flow and fix it
