First time with gas cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time with gas cooktop so not sure how this stovetop really compares. Compared to my old electric, it is much slower to boil water and the handles on my steel pots and pans get hot now. However I learned that the middle burner is faster and so when I boil water there it’s more comparable to the time it took on electric we had. i do like that the knobs are on the top surface rather than where they could easily get bumped and turned on if someone or something leaned against it. (My friend’s cooktop has that problem). Overall this cooktop is fine.
