[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation was only adequate. The installers did not balance the feet of the washer, so I had to try to do it myself. I know it is not perfect, so I would like someone to return and do it right. Because of that, the washer is not stable and moves a bit during operation. Also, there is an annunciation noise when the dryer is selected on "Very Dry" and the drying is complete. This noise is not described in the manual, and it is a loud metal-to-metal screeching noise indicative of a potential problem. Customer Care indicated that they never heard of such a noise as it was not described in the manual. Also, after5 phone calls, it was determined that I was delivered a manual that was missing the very last page with the warranty and Customer Care contact telephone numbers. The delivered manual is a mistake and should be recalled from all owners. Finally, one knowledgeable Custome Care representative understood the problem, and corrected it by sending me the correct one.

Fits space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works nice and cleans the clothes well. Also drys my clothes in half the time of our old one. The only real complaint I have is there's no timer to let me know when loads are done. Both washing and drying.
