It’s the Cadillac of compact sets!

My sister has this set, she’s had it for 10 years and she’s never had one single problem. She just loves it, it’s quiet and no problems.

Shred Pillows and Rattles

Bought the stack back in February 2019, and it's worked well for most normal items - BUT the washer has been shredding laundry-friendly pillows, dog beds, duvets, basically anything stuffed (new and old), and the occasional shirt sleeve. I've had to spend hundreds of dollars replacing items and countless hours hand stitching clothing back together because this thing keeps chewing them up.
I just spent 10 minutes fishing out pillow stuffing from the basin.

The control panel rattles/vibrates a lot too when the dryer is on.
For the amount of money this thing cost, I should hope to be able to trust it with my clothing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor dryer performance

Compact with good cleaning and drying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an earlier model of this product and liked it very much, and I am happy to have something similar. It appears to wash very well. It has a larger capacity of washer and corresponding dryer. I am still getting used to its idiosyncrasies, but that is my problem, not the product's. My only quibble is that the height of this model allows it to wobble during spin. My. last one, only slightly shorter, did not wobble so much. I am working on stabilization that gives me greater comfort.

I still haven't figured out how to make the fabric softener option work better than it does, it doesn't wash it out very well

Great, quiet, space saving

It is way quieter than my last stackable and the clothes are getting clean and drying well! Only 2 things I would change: I don't like the load sensing feature. (It seems to be working fine, just personally think it's weird.) I wish the dryer had a buzzer.

Auto detect dryer settings don’t work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The settings that detect the dryness (such as Very Dry) don’t keep drying until the clothes are even remotely dry. There is no buzzer at all (which I like but there should be the option). The wash settings for auto-detect fill level don’t put enough water in to properly clean the clothes. Maybe I was given a returned or defective machine (I bought this new).
