[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this unit for a few weeks now, it fits in my space like I hoped it would. The delivery/set up guys were super nice and efficient. My laundry smells cleaner when it comes out of the dryer. It does make a lot more noise than my previous set when it fills with water and there's a rattle in the dryer door when it's not a completely balanced load.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have expected the dryer to have a buzzer to indicate when it was finished. Also, the unit shacks quite a bit when the washer spins.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really happy with the purchase. Washes and dries very quickly compared to my old washer/dryer, and I like the tower format. No issues so far, though have only been using for a couple of weeks. Controls are nice to use.

Clean but takes forever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our very old Whirlpool finally gave up the ghost, so we bought a new one. This new one undoubtedly gets our clothes much cleaner, but the cylces take forever! The washer is much larger than the older one, but the dryer isn't. When I do a full wash, or even 1/2 wash, I need to set the dryer on very driest cycle twice to get the load dry. The old washer-dryer could finish a whole load, dry and ready to go, within an hour. This new one takes over 2 hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] pleased with everything except for the door to the dryer. My couldn't open it. It was extremely hard for me. Complained twice but got no help. Put some vaseline on it, and it opens now

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really don’t like the water saving feature that chooses the water level for me.! I’m really not crazy about the dryer. On normal it’s way too hot and my clothes come out all wrinkly. There’s no buzzer to let you know the dryer is done!
