[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well, I wish there was a soak feature, the buttons are at the top of course but they weren’t as high as I was worried about. We’ve only had it for a few weeks. Bought a whirlpool based on repair technician’s recommendation.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It cleans my clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product about two weeks ago & I'm trying all the features. The one thing I'm trying to get used to is using the sense feature. I never had that before - only small, medium or large fill. I wish the manufacturers would go back to that concept. It was easy to operate & you knew exactly how much soap to use. I'm still learning this machine. I can only rate it a 4 star as I'm still not sure about all the fancy features. TOO many things that can possible break.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The appliance seems to be okay. The only problem is that the controls are set very high, which should be at the center of the equipment. Contact me in 10 years to see if I changed my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this unit for a few weeks now, it fits in my space like I hoped it would. The delivery/set up guys were super nice and efficient. My laundry smells cleaner when it comes out of the dryer. It does make a lot more noise than my previous set when it fills with water and there's a rattle in the dryer door when it's not a completely balanced load.
