[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not being able to run water into the tub while the lid is up is a problem. I use powder whitener and there is no way to incorporate it before adding the cloths.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this for approximately 3 months. It has taken me time to get used to the automatic sensor to determine the washer load size. But it is not a problem, it is just different. The dryer temps seem to be lower than I am used to. But, again, I am learning how to adjust my desires to the setting options.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very satisfied with my purchase. The washer and dryer both bigger than what i expected therefore saving me quite a bit of time when doing my laundry
only issue is that the dryer door is very hard to open. I don't think that an elderly person would be able to open this door at all
