both washer and drier are time saver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not being able to run water into the tub while the lid is up is a problem. I use powder whitener and there is no way to incorporate it before adding the cloths.

Bad Performance.

We use these washers for our high rise, they all suck! dont buy! washer tub makes loud noises. we bought over 15 washers and half of them came defective.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this for approximately 3 months. It has taken me time to get used to the automatic sensor to determine the washer load size. But it is not a problem, it is just different. The dryer temps seem to be lower than I am used to. But, again, I am learning how to adjust my desires to the setting options.
