[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the appliance a few weeks ago. Love the convenience of having the dryer on top. The washer is actually bigger than the one I had but it is taking less room. The price was great and is a Whirlpool. I love it.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had it for less than two weeks. It is the same size as our previous machine but each element has much bigger internal volume, is more efficient, and is much quieter than the previous.

Shred Pillows and Rattles

Bought the stack back in February 2019, and it's worked well for most normal items - BUT the washer has been shredding laundry-friendly pillows, dog beds, duvets, basically anything stuffed (new and old), and the occasional shirt sleeve. I've had to spend hundreds of dollars replacing items and countless hours hand stitching clothing back together because this thing keeps chewing them up.
I just spent 10 minutes fishing out pillow stuffing from the basin.
I just spent 10 minutes fishing out pillow stuffing from the basin.
The control panel rattles/vibrates a lot too when the dryer is on.
For the amount of money this thing cost, I should hope to be able to trust it with my clothing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello, gravygolem! We understand your concern with the washer and apologize to hear you have had this issue with your items. We do not recommend to wash any items such as pillows in the washer as there is not a desired cycle available for these items. We would also recommend checking that the appliance is set at the proper leveling of the product to ensure there is no issue with rattling or vibrating of the product. If you have any additional questions please send us an email to canadasocial@whirlpool.com. Please include your best contact number, the serial number, and the reference ID 222333685. Thank you -Cody

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer/dryer combo! I am disappointed that the model like my mom’s had been discontinued, but this model is suitable. It has great capacity for large loads!
