[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am still trying to get used to it. Not too keen on the casual cycle, the clothes don't spin out very dry and it takes longer to dry them in the dryer. The heavy-duty cycle works fine, the clothes do not take as long to dry. I have had to use the spin and drain-cycle so the clothes are spun out better. When using the sensory dry-cycle the clothes do not dry and I have to use the timed dry cycle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whirlpool appliances came with our home purchase and so far we have not seen any problem with this specific washer and dryer pair.
The only thing is the dryer button is a bit weird to set as it does not click on settings and just moves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First new washer I have had in 30 plus years. Much different from my previous washer and taking some time to get used to. Manual indicated that I must get used to different sounds. That was very true as sometimes I wonder if every thing is ok.
