Hard to reach bottom w/d

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find it hard to reach the bottom of washer/dryer. I'm 5ft4in tall. I'd like to know about dryer setting-very dry- less dry. Is the setting preset?

Super quiet and the clothes come out sparkling clean! The dryer is ultra efficient and drys in the first cycle! Thank you Whirlpool for making my dreams come true!
