[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thin articles ( dish rags, delicates) get caught in the inside right part of the dryer lint screen frame, causing them to twist and tangle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find it hard to reach the bottom of washer/dryer. I'm 5ft4in tall. I'd like to know about dryer setting-very dry- less dry. Is the setting preset?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works wonderful! If I had to change anything I’d make the dryer digital too so there is nothing mechanical in the controls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new washer/dryer. It was a little tough for us to install due to the cramped closet and location of the water spigot. It works well and is pretty quiet.
