A bit disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had it for several months The lint filter scrapes lint off as you pull it out and a wad falls down into exhaust Dryer door is very loud when shutting and opening . Aggravating . And dryer sheets get snag in the lint trap housing even though it is screwed on tight Washer seems ok
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dryer needs some improvements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the performance of this unit is satisfactory. On occasion the washer lid does not unlock automatically after the cycle is complete. Dryer sheets can't be used effectively as the get caught in the lint screen housing every time, rendering them useless so I quit trying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wash 2-3 loads a week and find that our clothes come out looking good after washing and drying. Simple to operate and has the capacity I want including for larger items like blankets and spreads.

I assume it reads the weight of the load. I must have used way too
much water with my old machine. It is noisy when it changes cycles.
The clothes are clean and the dryer is fast. For the price I am happy.
