[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this was a traditional washing machine that just filled not with sensors but just filled. The drum moves al ot in all directions Idk if that's normal for this machine and it seems hot is extremely hot like steam coming out of the machine when it's on hot cycle which we actually don't use I called for repair and had no problem setting appointment I had to cancel due to whole house drain issue I'm still using machine on warm.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does a fine job of washing and drying clothes. Drawbacks include transfering loads from washer to dryer, and emptying dryer. A short person with long arms is recommended for unloading washer. A tall person is recommended for unloading dryer.
The top portion of the appliance is very wigglely....appears poorly made.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
