Good with quirks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this stacked washer/dryer about 6 months. It works well for the most part.
Unbalanced loads send it into a knocking frenzy. It is quite loud. I wash most of my clothes on the delicate setting because it is so loud. On the other hand it is reliable, does it’s job and I always know when the cycle is over. Only recommend this if you need a stacked unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this machine after my old one no longer worked properly ( The sensors for hot/cold and the sensor to stop washing when the lid is raised failed). It was about 14 yrs old. This one is a newer version of my previous machine and works very well - glad I bought the replacement.

Combo is a space saver

Good washer, slow dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this stack unit because it was one of the few that fit our space. The unit replaced a 19 year old Maytag Neptune. The washer is fine but has fewer features. The dryer takes twice as long to dry than the Neptune.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Compact convenience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 8 months ago. It is very easy to use, and fairly quiet during the wash cycle. Whirlpool should consider adding a chime when the dryer is finished, which customers have been saying for years! Dryer works well.
