Compact and quiet, but a bit clumsy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have found the unit less user friendly than the old one it replaced. The dryer does not have an "end of cycle" buzzer, very inconvenient. The washer will not fill with the lid open. The water levels are low (likely due to government regulations). Overall, liked the old one better.
