Space saver

Still unsure after 4 months

Thought this would be a better choice but the back of my head takes a beating each time I reach in to take out wet clothes. The plastic latch hanging down from the lid of the washing machine when opened will get snapped off before too long….How does a person avoid this.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I had bought my Whirlpool 4.0 cu. ft. I.E.C. Electric Stacked Laundry Center before. It saves on water ! I've had no balancing issues, (I keep the fabric sheets on top of the machine, and the box has never moved throughout the cycles). I'm impressed !

Need to improve its quality and warranty service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Stacked Laundry Center has been using about 5 months so far. It stopped working (could not turn it ON) on January 16th, 2022. Whirlpool Warranty technician visited on Jan. 24th, and tried to fix, but failed. There's another issue (no drainage) appeared, still not working by now (Feb. 8th). Whirlpool is still waiting for the parts to fix. No washer to wash cloths more than 3 weeks up to now. Not sure when the Whirlpool can fix it!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good for an apartment

My old one had the dryer vent attachement on the side. This new one has it in the back, which does not make it easy in a small apartment unit.
