Newer is not better !

I had the 20 year old version of this stackable !! It had to be replaced only had 1 slight issue in all that time . The combo is noisy and had it leveled twice still shimmy and shakes and walks not impressed so far only had it a week so hopefully things get better. Oh and it is very top heavy what was the need for that ? Certainly not an improvement not impressed at all !

Decent appliance. Does what it has to do

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came with our condo, brand new, and they all do their job. The washing machine has good options but I wish you were able to cancel the cycle if you accidentally started it! The dryer doesn't have many options and timed dry is a waste of time since it doesn't actually get hot! If you put in a fabric sheet it actually gets stuck to the lint trap and shreds up during the cycle. Be careful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this unit for just over a year, and overall I'm pretty happy with it. The high efficiency feature is really noisy, so I don't use it, but the regular cycles have water sensing anyway.
The dryer is efficient and relatively quiet. I live in a small space, so noise level is a consideration. Other than the high efficiency cycles, it's a suitably quiet machine.

HORRIBLE -- JUNK!

I've been out of a machine for almost three weeks. Yep. During a pandemic!!!! Waiting for another service call to try something else....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these a month ago, and they were installed. Love using, the washing machine which is a top loader. It holds way more than I expected. The dryer is great but I am having a hard time opening the dryer. I don’t know what to do about it. Same thing with closing. Don’t know what to do about it. Help!
