Do not like the automatic water level feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The automatic water level feature does not permit you to increase water levels as needed. The dryer needs more support as it rattles while drying, even when the unit is leveled.

Damages clothes

This machine fits well in our small laundry space, but it damages our clothes. The washer occasionally traps an item of clothing under the base of the agitator with bad results. To make things worse, somehow once in a while a piece of clothing snags on something at the base of the dryer where the lint filter is. The machine is proving very costly. If it can't be repaired we will have to replace it.

Great capacity and energy efficiency

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this stacked laundry centre for a month now. I love the large capacity and the energy efficiency. It can rattle a bit, but nothing compared to my previous stackable washer and dryer

Worst ever, horrible machine

This is the worst washer and dryer ever. 6 water setting and are all cold. Whomever design this stupid, frustrating piece of .... needs to be fired ASAP. This machine is everything but not every efficient, you need to wash the same load couple of times to make sure your cloths are “washed” , wasting more water and enery than you would have if the stupid machine was filling up normally.

Like the compactness

I have had my unit for about three years. I like that it fits into my small space. I find that I often have to rinse my clothes three times in order for all the soap to be removed and sometimes more. I am diligent about not using too much detergent or having the loads too big. The machine washes well and the dryer dries well. The rinse cycle is the downfall.

Newer is not better !

I had the 20 year old version of this stackable !! It had to be replaced only had 1 slight issue in all that time . The combo is noisy and had it leveled twice still shimmy and shakes and walks not impressed so far only had it a week so hopefully things get better. Oh and it is very top heavy what was the need for that ? Certainly not an improvement not impressed at all !
