[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about a month ago and so far it has been just fair. Not enough I would have preferred to have a manual fill level option and the dryer send to take forever. It actually had me thinking that the delivery and set-up company didn't hook up the electrical properly when they wired it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Do not like the automatic water level feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The automatic water level feature does not permit you to increase water levels as needed. The dryer needs more support as it rattles while drying, even when the unit is leveled.

Damages clothes

This machine fits well in our small laundry space, but it damages our clothes. The washer occasionally traps an item of clothing under the base of the agitator with bad results. To make things worse, somehow once in a while a piece of clothing snags on something at the base of the dryer where the lint filter is. The machine is proving very costly. If it can't be repaired we will have to replace it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great capacity and energy efficiency
