Help... doesn't work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it was installed they didn't check the washer, turned it on to use it first time and it leaked, hose cross threaded, I fixed that, put clothes in washer started to fill then stopped. Machine won't run called service repair and can't come until a week from Tuesday, over 3 weeks since it was installed. I want to know who I can report this to because the information with the machine says they will run it. I certainly expect an answer... I'm not very happy to say the least. Please advise so I don't have to get some legal advice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dryer timer does not work

Whirlpool - never again.

Perfect space saver!

Love the large washer and even larger dryer. Only wish controls were lower- maybe between the two units like some manufacturers.

Water saving feature is convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this in late September 2025. It replaces a similar model Whirlpool stacked laundry center that was purchased in1994. I loved that unit and had only 1 service call in 30+years! I felt after 30+years I should update. I am so disappointed in this new unit. It takes forever to dry even a small load of clothes. It took two full drying cycles on "very dry" delicate to dry a few delicate items. It took one full "very dry normal" cycle PLUS 60 minutes on the timed drying cycle to dry 1 bath towel, 2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths and a dish towel. I hope there is something wrong with the dryer, if this is normal, I want my 30+ year old laundry center back !!!!
