Water doesn’t cover clothes.

I installed it the other day and I am so disappointed. Doesn’t clean my clothes because it doesn’t even cover them with water. If Whirlpool is trying to safe water it’s not working very good because the first load I did I had to wash it 4 times. The machine is worthless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hard for a short person to reach the bottom of the washer but love the top loader & it holds more than my front loader did. I wish it alerted you when it completed the cycle.

Great Space Saver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this machine to create space as we only have a closet not a room. It is upright and tall and leaves ample space that our last sided by sided did not. I like the quick was feature as it cuts washing time in half and is perfectly suitable for lightly soiled loads.
The dryer is not as effective as I thought. Sheets are dried quickly but towels and jeans may take up to 2 hours. Also, there is a little hiccup with the dryer. There is a gap between the spinning drum and the door which open snags the dyer sheets and/or clothes. Dryer sheets always get stuck there. Also a sheet got stuck there and then it ended up ripping it as it completed drying. Overall, I am happy with the product but my dissastisfaction is increasing since the ripped sheet and the lengthy dry time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it 2 weeks ago and just used it 2 times, so I can’t say for sure, how good it is, better than the one I had GE, it is much more quiet than the GE. I am hoping it will last me for a long time. The way they make things today, don’t last?
