The Jumping Jack stacked washer/dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with the washing and drying of the clothes but with some complaints. It is quiet during washing and drying. The removal of the clothes from the washer and dryer are accessible without banging your head and having to really bend over to reach your clothes in the washer. iIt is a good product.
Areas of recommended improvement are:
1. The dryer door is very hard to open. I looked for an adjustment to relieve the holding device but none found. It will probably loosen up with usage.
2. When opening the door to the dryer, the machine really flexed back and forth to the point that you would think something is going to bend or break. Also, when I put a heavy load in the dryer, the machine moves around a lot. I went to the store I purchased it from to see if their floor model did the same thing. I found a smaller model and it didn't flex as much as the model I purchased. This definitely needs to be investigated for a fix.Note: I failed to ask the salesperson why they didn't have the larger unit on the floor. They didn't have the model I bought. They used a catalog to sell the unit.
3.I believe a weaker magnet could be used on the washer lid. Currently, it causes you to sometimes bang the washer down harder than necessary.
4. The height of the controls would make it difficult for my 5'6" wife (and other short wives) to reach the settings. Remember who you are designing the washers for. It is not for the height of the designer. Also see #2
I had purchased a Kenmore stacked washer approximately two years ago. It stopped functioning. The repairman said Kenmore washers were no longer built by the prior manufacturer which I believe was Whirlpool. Anyway, the repairman recommended your product . So, here I am today with a stacked washer/dryer which is doing a good job of washing and drying my clothes. However, I would like it more If I can get the excessive flexing and movement of the machine resolved.
Who do I call to get a repairman to fix the movement problem? Is it fixable?

It is important the person(s) installing the unit has some basic knowledge of the product. The persons who installed the unit were lacking in answering some very basic operational questions which I found later in the paperwork.
