[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my washer/dryer laundry center for a couple if weeks and love it. I live in apartment which had hookups for laundry in a closet and this fits perfectly, and so quiet. No more going to laundromat!

Not enough features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer doesn’t have a double rinse feature, capacity and access is poor. Not easy to operate. Dryer door sticks and it feels like the top unit is flimsy; I hope it holds up

Learning Curve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine requires learning curve. Not at all like the one it replaced. It assumes you've never washed clothes before. Washer is really loud, especially when spinning. Can't watch tv with it going. Also the tub is way too deep for the average person. I am 5'4" and can just barely get items off the very bottom. Can't imagine a shorter person using it. After a visit from an ASI technician who fixed the problem of not being able to open the dryer door and him offering me some pointers (that are not in the manual) I am getting along with it better.

Easy to operate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third time that I am purchasing this type of Whirlpool machine. Unfortunately, when I sold my other homes, I was not able to bring my machine with me making it necessary to purchase it again. Each time I purchased a newer model, newer features were added, but basically the machine is still the solid quality that I remembered from the other machines I had.
