OK, does the job but with drawbacks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is hard to get clothes in and out of the washer. I have hit my head doing so. Very hard to open the dryer door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use and very little detergent is needed. Clothes come out clean and dried just the right amount of time. The only negative is it is louder than my old laundry set, but I am already getting used to it.
