Loud

This was installed two days ago. It seems to operate acceptably except that the washer and dryer are very loud.
I'm not sure that the tub fills as full as it should to properly wash the clothes.
Will withhold my final review until I use it a little longer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Washer/Dryer Stack Takes Center Stage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Frigidaire Washer/Dryer Stacked combo fits nicely into my bathroom limited space. Runs nicely in all necessary washings and drying. Also, low on noise output. The dryer runs virtually quiet. This product is easy to load and provides efficient functions. Thanks, Frigidaire, for the conveniences of providing laundry chores and make them easy. Bravo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the unit for about 5-6 days and have done 3 loads of laundry. So far, all is working fine although the dryer door is very difficult to open - takes a good pull and I'm a 73 year old woman, so that may be a factor. Much tighter latch than the 20 year old Whirlpool unit replaced. The deeper wash tub and higher dryer ar4e of no concern to me. I'm 5'4" and can reach both easily. As a matter of fact, I believe the washer tub is larger than the old one.
Did I say it replaced a 20 year old unit? So far, I'm happy with Whirlpool stack washer/dryer.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have to have a laundry stack unit because of space. I am replacing my old kenmofe that was fantastic except for its age. And I am very disappointed. Things I do not like: there is no dryer light. The dryer does not hold a washer full of clothes. I am having trouble drying clothes. They are either damp or burning hot. Two choices. Very dry and less dry. The dryer is very hard to open and close. The handle is shallow and slippery. The clip is very tight so you have to push hard and then the machine is rocking. I have checked it with a level and it is perfectly level. I don’t like how it rocks around. Also you can not choose the water level and the washer is deep and you have to lean in. I did not have any of these issues before.
