Rips clothing and shreds dryer sheets

bought this in Dec 2018. I have had technicians come out 6 times because either my clothing or dryer sheets get stuck and torn in a gap under the lint trap. It is still not resolved. The same 2 parts have been replaced three and four times. What does it take to get a new machine. I will never purchase another whirlpool appliance which is disappointing as I had always preferred whirlpool and need to replace my kitchen appliances.

Totally uncontrollable machine

The water level is not as the manual says. I first tried normal cycle. The water level is minimum and many clothes were not soaked. I tried bulky, as manual advised, but the water level is still minimum. I tried casual and colors cycles, but water level is still minimum. So I had to minimize the load. But suddenly water level became full after several washes. This time, even very small load, the water level comes the top. I tried normal, casual, and dedicates this time, in either case, water level in perfectly full. Now, spin does not work. Water drips after a cycles done. The water level is the same when I use a different cycles.
Consequently, I must run dryers several times, for over four hours, to dry one usual load. I found in very dry of normal dry cycle, the dryer works only 40 minutes. I am afraid the moisture sensor does not work well.

The worst possible dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes 2-3 hours to dry a regular load of laundry. Whripool came to check and said nothing is wrong with the machine. Maybe I should’ve asked them to sit and wait while a load dried.

Buyer Beware

Cons:
Washer is so deep, I’m 5’4” and I can’t reach the bottom. You will need a stool to get them socks from the bottom.

The agitator cone has too large of a slot at the bottom which causes your cloths to get jammed underneath. It’s literally ruined many of my clothing. So many ruined cloths, it’s even ruined a couple of my husbands tough work shirts.
Difficult reaching in due to the spacing from the door to the bottom of the Dryer above Not very much room when the washer lid is open. A true struggle.
When you choose the deep water wash, The water still only fills half way. I have resulted to using a bucket to add water. So ridiculous I know.
Dryer sheets get stuck in the crack of the lint tray every time .
And I’m sure.. there are more things I’m not recalling right now.
PRO: the company installed it free of charge.

So disappointed with this product

We owned a manual Whirlpool, it was 20 something years. A month ago the dryer stopped working. We decided to get a new one and we bought the same brand because the quality of the old one. We got the first unit 2 weeks after and the washer machine didn't work. When taking water with the sensor mode the machine will take water, then stop and start draining again. The washer never changed to the next mode. Call the vendor to report the problem and they send someone to service the problem. They said that the computer was bad that we will get a replacement. Four days later we got the "new" one. Guess what the second one has the same problem. We are so disappointed with the product because the only thing we got from it is big headache
